Report a translation problem
1) Go into your character info window, click on the Strategy section, and check the box for allies to stick close to you during combat.
That's not fool-proof though.
2) Craft a Leash and use it on your allies. This will make them stick close by, and they should follow you if you flee.
3) Craft a Whistle of Peace. This will turn your allies passive, and they won't attack, until you leave the map or blow the whistle again.
And finally, maybe find a companion who knows Healing magic. Farris the bard is a good starter option once you reach her during the story.
