Report a translation problem
1. Uninstall the game on the steam
2. Remove the game steam folder.
3 Perhaps most important one, remove every thing, including the folder, that located in the "Users --> USER_NAME --> AppData --> LocalLow --> Lafrontier --> Elin"
Not if it is necessary to removing the entire folder itself, but in this way I manage to clean re-install the game (e.g. Language selection when 1st time start the game)
After this, I manage to start the game successfully, no more stuck in the black screen with only cursor available after map-intro "And 15-years later" message.

Since I installed mods, it must be some left over files with the LocalLow that has been causing the issue. At least i got it to working now, though.
