In elona you were able to purchase land deeds for different things and have multiple bases. Is that still a thing, I have yet to find anyone selling anything like that. Also, is there a way to increase the size of the starting base?

all lands can be utilized to do anything so you only need a land deed which is sold in the big city that starts with an M, near the king
