Suggestions for Character Creation and Editing

I don't know if I'm not clicking something right or if I'm trying to find a plus icon to add more levels to my character, but there has to be a save editor or a way to edit stats. I don't want to reroll. Besides, I want to build my character as a ninja or something else I can roleplay as.

Oh yeah, there should be more world editing options like percentage and chance, yield and multiplier, and disasters in different biomes such as tornadoes, tsunamis, volcanoes, and earthquakes.
