There's a map[ylvapedia.wiki] on the official WIKI. Click the EA map thumbnail on the right side of the screen.

Yes actually. Binoculars and probably the telescope used on the overworld lets you pan across it, even with a treasure map open to find dig spots. No city names though.

Yeah, I hope the dev eventually allows you to add tags/markers on the map...
