Needles?
I have needed these for a while now and I can't find them anywhere. The wiki says they are found from harvesting bones but I don't think it's correct.

You can get some by chopping down cacti

Beach tiles are your friend. Big leaves from trees, bone needles from cacti (somehow), fragments from seashells.
