How does dual wield work exactly?

most of the rules are still the same as in elona.
so until the elin wiki is up to date you could always check the elona wiki for info.
its not 100% sure that it works the same but enough that you get an idea of what it does

i realized i started doing more damage with one weapon in my hand

well my testing is: you gain more attacks and lose accuracy which can then be offset by the dual wielding skill

this is true but the penalty gets less if you train dual wield. it has progress like all other skills
