How ever, there are ways to speed things up. Like play as a farmer first in order to get a good stat boost from food.
Crafting decent gear seems to take time, but I did not try much so far.
Investing in shops in order to get better items may help. It did at least in Elona.
Magic was also pretty strong in Elona, at least the branch I played. not sure about the original anymore.
As for training, dont train over 200 potential, for the price will be doubled. If you go melee you will also need tactic skill and evasion skill (also eye of mind from fighter guild, at port kapul, North west of your camp)
It will take hours for your character to become stronger, you will also pick up experience from combat, for certain monsters are not ok to mess up with. It is recommended to NOT take oath as a new player, for death comes too quick.
where can i learn cooking?
also how can i get good bed? i can only make the beginner makeshift bed
and is there another way to restore stamina? sleeping doesnt restore enough stamina and the only other way i know is from those shiny random shrine
and how i get big leafe? i only get small leaf
There is a trainer list on wiki page, cooking at Olvina, directly south of your camp. The trait easy sleep will make you restore more stamina every night, combine with nice bed you will have your stamina fully filled.
Better beds could be brought from furniture shop (expensive), or craft (high lv craft skill required, also need recipe). However, you can sleep on NPC's bed.
There is Prince bed at Williow (south east of your camp) and a King's bed at Olvina (north east of Williow)
Big leaf from pupura tree at beach
Seriously, what happens if you skip tax?
thanks so much for info
just some karma loss, it's no biggie. I become criminal for months because I can't pay my tax when I still newbs, fun times.
Karma loss? Ok then I have to stop prostitution with my Succubus.
but in general as the guy above said, everything you do will help you get strong so just play the game
