How do I remove the cloak in character creation

I think its a bug, but to remove it you can import a character which doesn't have cloak. Just hit import, they have a few sample characters

Honestly kinda dig my character using a cloak, found strange at first but then thought ''perhaps this is to indicate my character is among the first being created *tehee~''
