Well, as I said, once you can mine gems, Vernis mine is a good payroll of about 10k in one or two in game days and will be regenerated when you leave the town. It can even be sped up and increased if you can make good use of teleport and map spells.
Except for selling tons of goodies coming from very High level nefias, concerts and stealing the gold blocks from Derphys and turning them into statues, that's the biggest pay check I've seen.
You might also steal/claim furnitures in towns, some are worth quite a lot
most of the stuff you can get from the NPCs in your home or from the tinkers camp.
you need the townplans:
'delegated farming' (maybe from loytel? or ashland or the other one)
'open for business' (from loytel i think. makes NPCs run around your town)
'soil' (not totally necessary. the book sales man in tinker's camp sells it randomly)
and you need to find one of the barrel processor items (i think one is mistranslated and is a weapon upgrade thing). i think the cat in tinker's camp sells the recipe or you can snag one with furniture tickets from there or the other nearby towns.
and you need a farming npc.
you then plow and up a farm plot with mushrooms or berries. if you don't have 'soil' you are going to have to harvest all the other plants in your base. the farmer has to have their needs met and delegated farming has to be enabled and they'll then start stuffing shrooms or berries into boxes.
then you build a house with a goods selling signpost and the barrel processor inside. set the config of the processor to be shared and to have mushrooms or berries only with maximum priority. throw some beds in there with 'guests only' as its setting.
then you stuff some mushrooms in the processor and wait. it turns to ale. grab the ale and place it down in the room as furniture. make a sales tag sign and click on the ale to mark it for sale. the npcs that are walking around will randomly buy it.
and with that, the money just makes itself.
its a small amount but with some upgrades, so far its outpaced the tax increases.
This is the best way to get money! Console > spawn money 999999999
You're welcome! lol
On a serious note lots of helpful info here lol
you could get better money with berries for a more relaxed way to make money with the brewery barrels. If you dont mind a bit of manual grind, you could use the mushroom farms to make baits, and then fish in the little pond. Then proceed to turn all the fish into bonito flakes with the saw mill and turn those into wine.
Just got 8000 coins x2 for surviving and killing monsters until wave 10.
Thoses quest becomes accessible in towns when you start to have enough fame ( around 1000 i think )
