What is sharp eye?

I have this skill at level 2 and I don't know what it does, I also didn't find it in the skills table

I know Eye of Mind is a skill that increases your crit chance, but "Sharp Eye"?

Is it from some piece of equipment you're using, or a god you're worshiping?

It's the perception mutation. It adds +10 perception.

You probably got it by drinking from a well, or being hit with a mutation spell.
