turning scrap into something useful

I got a high level material as scrap but well.. all i know is that i can turn it into a nail then into a bone.. what else is there?

I mean you use hammer enough times you can turn it into bait for fishing in current version of the game. You can also transfer it into ingots or even logs if you find right combo. Perosnally never went down that rabit hole sounds too exploity like it might be tweaked or nerfed one day...

yeah usually just turn it into nails then bones then bait currently but some of the scrap i got... it would be a waste to turn it to bait lol.
