Where do you even get...
Magic stones for gear crafting?
Decayed Weapon?
IC chip recipe?
A recipe that uses Mercury?
God statues for the base? Can't buy from towns using tickets

I don't believe magic stones or decayed weapons are in the game yet.

IC Chip I don't know if there is a guaranteed spot, but I got it randomly when learning a recipe while sleeping.

No idea of a recipe that uses Mercury, but rare crafting ingredients seem to be interchangeable from the sounds of things if you get to the point you can craft something that uses it.

The god statues at the base are generally gotten by finding a statue on the overworld, claiming the location, then slapping down a delivery box, grabbing the statue, then shipping it to your main "base" - at this point you can set it down and move it where ever using the build board. Then you can "abandon" the plot reclaiming your land deed, then rinse repeat until you have as many god statues as you want. If you don't use the statue it remains gold and is worth a lot of value towards your base.

IC chip can be bought for Influence in Palmia. I believe it's sold by the Mayor.

You can also get god statues by fishing. Also if you own the land, instead of a shipping box use a Storage Box. It always weighs 20s regardless of what is inside, so you can just carry that around with a dozen god statues no problem. You can only open it when it's placed on your owned land though.

God statues yeah you find them like alters all over the world and then you deliver them or you do the insane pick it up and throw them over and over and die here and there to crushing damange. You can take too heavy of things off the map takes a tone of work, and every time you move a tile on overworld you might die to crushing.

I forgot had weight lifting and found a small shed and kept dying while moving I didn't realize till I went near where I died on overworld and saw the shed on the map, its like oh, oh it was so heavy it crushed me... So then I took it home and died total of 2 times carrying it home... But people do this with an alter to the gods, but yeah delivery box is best way to do it, you only got put that down and do it.

You can also use exploit put it in a tent then turn the tent to paper to lower its weight it lowers its total weight right then so if you don't touch whats inside it lowers it all by % based on how little paper weights compared to other things wich a is a ton. But I think that will be eventlualy fixed one day just like the dungeo mushroom farms just got fixed so you can't farm unless its on your land or the tent.

There are shrines that you can find in the world and bring back to your base, and then there are statues which you can't really "find" anywhere. You'll see them in towns but they are not exchangeable for tickets. These statues can be gotten through fishing as mentioned, but also by wishing. If you wish for say "lulwy" you will get X amount of value of Lulwy statues, the value depends on your wish power and the material will be random I think, if it's something cheap like granite you can get multiple statues even with no bonus wish power, like a stack of 3.

You can get Shining Ore easily by hammering any Gem. Of course the only purpose of Shining Ore (other than to smelt into normal ingots, but you can do that with Gems anyway), is to make the Gem Cutter, which turns Shining Ore (back) into Gems.

No. It's used as an optional material to make a Cane. Doesn't exist in game

Mana Crystals are used for making Generators and a Grimoire of Study
