That's also where you can find the void exploration and advanced adventurer licences, as well as land relocation and land deeds to build more bases. They cost a lot though (land deed is 95k, double each time you buy it, licences are respectivelly around 180k and 130k If I remember well )

I believe any town which has Soandso the Scrivener, has those for sale if you ask a guard.

Depends. It's not that far away once you can teleport to the void. It's actually much closer than a Vernis/Palmia or Meadow/Myssilia trip ( unless you move the town place of course )
