You need fertilized eggs and place them on a bed or use an incubator.

Yes you can hatch a fertile egg only. The easiest way is to place on the bed and wait. Later on in when you have the machine table, at level 25 there is Incubator for eggs.

You can also hatch a fertilized egg by placing it in a hot spring, like the one at Olvina.
Though you can make your own hot spring at home if you add a "geyser" item into a pool of water.
Olvina also has geysers in their hot spring you can take using furniture tickets or steal using Sleight of Hand. Or you can craft them at the mason's table, if you have a Sun Crystal to spare.

You have to luck out and have them generate as fertilized.
