Where to get a blacksmith table or the knowledge to build it?

Nino the cat man over at Tinker's Camp sells the recipe to create the blacksmith's table.

Recipes can be found randomly in Nefia, treasure chests, or dreamt up sometimes when you sleep.
You can also dismantle items with a hammer to have a small chance of learning how to recreate it, if your relevant skill level is high enough.
You can also randomly learn new recipes just from crafting a lot of items at the crafting station.

You'll also need to have learned the skill blacksmith to get recipes. In case you didn't start with it, you can go to the skill trainer in Olvina (south of your starter settlement) or palmia (east of vernis). Then you just have to interact with a blacksmith's table and you should gain the starter recipes.
