You should craft the stonecutter and stonemason workbenches and then I think you should be good to go. I do not know where to buy one sorry.
It's a decent bed, and lightweight so it's portable.
If your crafting skill were high enough you could break it down with a hammer to learn its recipe, too.
Actually, that's true for a lot of things.
If you have a hammer, go to a town and try to break a bed... preferably when no one else is around because it counts as a crime.
It should either teach you the recipe, or you'll get a message saying that you COULD learn the recipe if you improve your relevant crafting skill.
