The cost for crafting things goes down as your skill increases. For other tasks like mining I think the cost goes down by becoming a chance based mechanic, depending again I think on your skill and the amount of effort it takes. With high level mining and a good pick a character can mine like 5-10 dirt tiles before losing 1 stamina sometimes, but I think it becomes a 10-20% chance for stamina loss instead of a flat reduction so sometimes you can still lose 5 stamina from mining 5 tiles. You also get a much larger stamina pool over time as your stats/skills increase. Once you have like 150 stamina it rarely becomes an issue anymore, unless you are mass crafting something you aren't quite skilled for.
Lastly, once you stabilize your economy and food situation, resting in the field in like a hammock to recover stamina basically just becomes an inconsequential free action, or even just a means to make more passive income. So you spend your 150 stamina then click the button to "instantly" restore it and carry on with what you were doing like nothing happened. You effectively have infinite stamina at the point.
There is a god weapon that steals stamina but I generally move away from using god weapons because most of them are only good for early-mid game.
in other hand i cant asleep, progress bar after i use sleep on bed, is filled, but i cant fall asleep.
and after i use meditate couple of times, and then sleep, its worked.
She grows her MAG and Casting skill from healing me, while I grow my armor skill, shield skill and crafting skills as I overwork myself.
Bed quality matters on how much stamina you restore.
And the local succubus 'mother' will suck you dry while you sleep in some cases.
hmmm... and if you squashed you gain exp in armor and shields?
i need to test it, if i have 2 body parts, and equip heavy and light armor
when it comes to combat I recommend being a mage it's easier to recover Mana and health then the stamina
the only way to recover stamina sleeping
endurance also affects your max HP too
also the higher quality of your bed the more stamina you get back
the maximum you can recover on the grass bed is like 30 to 40 with Max sleeping perks you need a better quality bed the recover more than that
get some furniture tickets to get a better bed
after you get better quality beds get extras and dismantle them to try to get the recipe then you can craft an even better one later use Birch and silk for crafting ingredients to improve this sleep effectiveness of that bed you craft
