You literally just right click on the wall while holding another one, like you were going to place the missing piece to close it. It "rotates" the wall into a corner shape which "closes" the room. It will always work like this now, it was changed like last week because placing two walls into the same tile was janky and deleted resources.
I'm pretty sure it does this for you automatically in build mode as well, you just draw the walls and it makes them look nice.
Yes. After reading the comments here, problem solved.
(MMB does nothing to resolve this for me, but "right-clickin" does)
The problem is with the graphic bug that fails to show the wall properly "closing".
You cannot see which way the tile you are attempting to place is oriented.
Which makes the person trying to build their house unaware they simply need to "right click"
there is no wall being shown afterall, why would you right click when you cannot be assured of orientation? ESPECIALLY, if it was previously showing this "closed" wall properly.
