2. No idea my base is a mess
3, same
1. Wouldn't setting the second land to "home" cause the shipping box to count toward that land's growth?
2. Based on the way those are written (or at least translated...), I was assuming that they both apply ONLY to guests. The "Resident Tax" and "Wealth Tax" would be the equivalents for your residents, if I'm not mistaken.
3. I think that aside from the relative level of the crafting/carpentry "recipe", the affixes are what determines "quality", since that's the only effect I can see that using different materials gives you, at least for furniture. In particular you want the "sell price" affixes, I think. Maybe I'm wrong and there's more to it though.
as for the bed quality i had an increase in income when i switched to beds with a higher comfort level (birch has lvl 3 comfort lvl 2 price) compared to only having the price up from palulu (lvl 4 price up)
The game uses the last shipping container you deposited items into as the location items are shipped from and will say at the bottom of the shipping screen "shipped from X." I'm pretty sure this boosts the hearthstone at that location.
Yep, that's correct. The last time I checked, I must have messed up and placed something beforehand in the container at my main base. Well, now it's gonna be infinitely easier to level the stone.
