TIP: Save all + Charisma gear you find

Just a quick tip for all new or old save any and all + charisma gear you find it will come in handy, whenever i find an npc i want to recruit like big daddy or A rank adventures or monsters, head back to base and throw it all on, right now i average about +45 chrisma in all my charm gear so its not really a stat i need to worry about for getting good npcs. it can really save you some time on grind and etc later in game when some stuff requires 70+ charm to recruit

The chest you had to open for a quest in meadow contains a verry useful item for that +10 charisma
