pet arena?

hello everyone, I just got a npc talking about a pet arena, is it really a thing or is it just flavor text? I found the idea pretty entertaining^^

In Elona pet arena was in Port Kapul. However I can't find anyone related to pets with Ctrl-F so it either moved somewhere or was not implemented yet

i think i saw a arena at the very north of the map but i havent visisted it yet
