Opatos' is seriously heavy because it's made from Adamantite whereas Ehekatl's MUCH lighter than the rest since it's made from Mica. You could probably try moving the lighter ones and convert them to your current God.
Eco Marks shave off a tiny bit of weight from Altars as well.
Edit: Horome altars are made of dawn cloth and weigh like 90s.
If you're claiming or buying furniture from a town you're better off dumping that into a Delivery Box for transportation.
God Statues and Shrines on the other hand would need some serious work with Flying Scrolls.
Just note that Shrines (Enlightenment etc.) does nothing for your Tourist value so they're really just something you may want to collect for fun or something.
So if you want an altar at your home, just enter any adjacent tile until you find one and do the above.
