How to get heavy items back to base
I've seen lots of vids/screenshots of ppl w alters in their base. I've managed to get stuff back to base which were to heavy to move by dying, but with alters, they drop to the ground before I "die". Scroll of flying the move or is it random if the heavy item drops? ty

Scroll of Flying works though different Altars weigh differently because they're made of different Materials dependent on the God they're dedicated to.
Opatos' is seriously heavy because it's made from Adamantite whereas Ehekatl's MUCH lighter than the rest since it's made from Mica. You could probably try moving the lighter ones and convert them to your current God.
Eco Marks shave off a tiny bit of weight from Altars as well.

Some of the altars spawn with a fairly light weight, it depends on the god it's for. Once you get it back you can convert it to the god you want. You can also get a few altars in towns for tickets and toss them to a delivery box.

Edit: Horome altars are made of dawn cloth and weigh like 90s.

Awesome, thanks for the advice on grabbing/converting...its obvious, but didnt even think about that. Is there a weight you just will always drop?

If you're just looking for a basic altar from the world to haul back home, the luck altar is around 80.

Not too sure about the specifics but the general rule of thumb is - if it's heavy enough to kill you, you'd probably drop it.

If you're claiming or buying furniture from a town you're better off dumping that into a Delivery Box for transportation.
God Statues and Shrines on the other hand would need some serious work with Flying Scrolls.
Just note that Shrines (Enlightenment etc.) does nothing for your Tourist value so they're really just something you may want to collect for fun or something.

If you're willing to die twice, you can drag anything from a tile to an adjacent tile by grabbing and throwing it to the edge of the area, then picking it up and exiting to the world map (you'll then die and drop it). When you are on the world map you can right click and "drag" an item to your current location and then enter your current tile to bring it there (then you'll die again). Then you have the object in your new location.

So if you want an altar at your home, just enter any adjacent tile until you find one and do the above.
