EVERYTIME i put an egg down, someone sticks it in the fridge. I have build walls around, barricaded it with statues. Tried making the people i see touching it join me and even parasthitizing them. It STILL keeps going back in the fridge. HELP

That's odd, does someone at your base have the Chores job/hobby?

And just to be sure, you're placing it down via right click and not just drag and dropping it out of your inventory, right?

If you place a fertilized egg on a bed, place not throw, then nobody should touch it. I've hatched several eggs in my base with NPCs that have the chores job cleaning things up, they don't touch the eggs I place.

You can middle click to grab it specifically, then place it like furniture
