No Dual wielding skill?

Hi everyone, In Elona there seems to be a dual wielding skill but does it exist in Elin?
How can we get a better accuracy while dual wielding weapon?

Does it affect sword&board? I noticed accuracy go down a lot when using a shield.

Having nothing in your off-hand makes you use 'two handed' style. Two handing gives a huge accuracy and damage buff, so you're not as effective when using a shield, but you get the bonus of extra PV/DV and whatever enchants the shield has
