How do you steal
How do you steal things from other town? Like stealing their furniture, cause it's doesn't let me grab anything, or stealing from people?

You need skill pickpocket, from thieves guild, at Derphy, north west of your home

Once you learn the Pickpocket skill, and learn the Sleight of Hand ability (which is what you use to steal/pickpocket), you'll be limited by the weight of the item you want to steal.

If there's something heavy you want in a town, it might be faster to do quests in that town for Influence and buy that town's type of Furniture tickets from the Secretary and use those to grab it.

Where do you learn sleight of hand?

Dying pancake above me said as much, but you learn it from the Trainer inside the Thieves Guild at the town of Derphy.
You need to join the Thieves Guild in order for the trainer to have the option available to you, so talk to the person at the bar blocking the doorway to the stairs leading down to start the quest.

Once you learn the pick pocket skill, you will only be able to lift and steal items that are 0.1s * your strength, and 0.2s * your pickpocket level, +1.

So if for example, you have 20 strength and just learned pick pocketing (so its level 1), then you would only be able to pickpocket items that weigh 3.2s or less. Anything heavier will just say "it's too heavy for you to pickpocket".

Hero spell might help pickpoketing heavier stuff if it's leveled enough
