Can we please have update notes?

I've noticed several updates hit, which is great. I really would like to have an idea of what things were changed though, so I can have an expectation of what might break or work differently.
Being that this game seems to be heavy on the FAFO side with little in-game documentation, if we get used to a mechanic that is changed, it could really impact our play-through severely.

the update's might also be mod updates if they are not listed in game as a hotfix...

steam don't distinguish between mod downloads and game updates...

When you launch the game, you get patch notes in the main menu, though..?

Ya every time the game updates or has a hotfix, the notes are quickly posted on the in-game announcements which open when you load the game or can be manually opened at any time in game through the escape menu. They are pretty detailed and seem to cover everything.

what is the lastest version of the game? I am in the 23.12, it seems that my game did not get updated since day 1 of being avaliable on steam... and if my version is not the lastest one.. how do you update? I have automatic updates and I also tried using the nightly version, but no changes in my game version

23.35 Hotfix 1 as of today, so you are at least missing 7 updates.
For me it updates before every launch and there was an update every day for the past week.

Solved, I used the option to check files integrity (sorry if I am not translating it right), it downloaded the last version with it

Does it not mention the changes when you start up the game?

If you mean an out-of-game update log, part of the problem is how steam community posts/news are processed; if updates are coming too frequently, then it's more difficult to notify users of updates, especially when language barriers are in play.

If Noa hires a translator or localizer, that might help, but so far I think most translation has been done through chatgpt. (here's hoping for official translations down the road)
