I know there's a spell that lets you see invisible stuff, but I don't know if that allows your allies to see it.
Was it something like making the invisible enemy wet or something?
Anyways, that's a tough situation.
I read that stronger enemies will appear at base as the Hearth Stone levels up, is yours leveled up or did you just get an unlucky strong monster spawn?
Though it's been mentioned on this board there's a policy you can buy that lowers the spawn rate of hostiles at your base, too.
But that's all preventative measures, I'm not sure it's helpful since the enemy is already there.
I tried to organise "hunt" (so recruited npc to party, they could be my meat shield at least)... I chaecked every nook and crany and couldnt find enemy... maybe he got wet (if it makes it visible) and got killed by helpers.
Still... my land was level 1 when that happened...
Spawns can be quite scary in this game. I got mercanery spawn like first night in meadow (without torch, or finished house). Also even low level (2-3) dungeons have tendency to sometimes spawn enchanced enemies that literary 1 shoot you...
