I want to hire her. was reading a bit through the wiki and the requirements to do it are wild. my charisma must be higher than any of her stats and before that i must befriend her somehow.
are there love potions somewhere and i havend seen them yet or is there a easy way to befriend npcs?

I've tried recruiting Misaki who is a similar type of character but afaik you can't gift laced food to them like you can with most other NPCs. Only option so far is to just talk to them and hope that the affinity can rise quickly enough. I use the headpat action I got from following Horome but it takes a long time for the interest points to recover either way.
Not sure if throwing love potions at them often enough until they drop a fertilized egg would work either but I haven't seen any information on it.

don't know about "Eureka" specifically, but most NPC's if you use the Talk Option whit them will eventually revile to you 2 things they like, and then all you need to do is to Grab said type of item's in your hand whit Grab stand next to them and "Gift" said Item to them until they like you enof (i think around 65-75 affinity is enof) to ask if they want to join you.

the Charisma requirement is still needed through.

as fore Love Potion's/Aphrodisiac well they do exist, but if they catch you in trying to Drug them they will not like it, so you will have to mix it whit something i guess.

but usually just gifting them something in the category they like is often easier depending on the Rarity of course.

I recruited Eureka, but for some reason she lost the buff dialog. On discord as told she never lose the buff option. But don't know why I don't have it. The blade maiden to has no dialog for the buff to. So maybe a mod, but all mods I use are partitas...

she has the buff not if she is in your active party. if she stays in your home she can still buff

Engagement amulets and rings from the self harming residents is a good way to recruit. Two will hit the friendship with anybody (with a good negotiate/charisma just talk then gift one). Can't do anything about the charisma req, you just need high charisma

You can generally throw one love potion at a NPC without upsetting them and it will raise their affinity by 25. If you leave and come back like a week or two later you can do this again. If you try to throw 2 or more love potions in a shorter period of time they become hostile. Gifting food blended with the love potion is an option for some NPCs, it doesn't upset them, but they don't always eat it.

You need to get them to 75 affinity, and for unique NPCs like the shrine maidens or adventurers, you also need to challenge them and defeat them, then you have the charisma check after that. These NPCs tend to be no joke, the Mifu shrine maiden can blast ice arrows out for like 300 damage or something.

From what I have seen, you can get the buff once, then the dialog option goes away forever. I asked for a blessing from the NPC in Mifu village, then returned many times over the course of a year to try to recruit her through normal dialog and the blessing option never came back.

If you cannot find love potions. There is an npc in mysilia who sometimes stocks dough and food with aphrodisiac and bug traits. Bug apparently works the same as aphrodisiac. She also sells putitfication potions for a small charisma boost.

there is 3 tickets in shop, what you get from NPC (must complete story quests), massage, pillow and shanpan party, if you give them to npc, they get +10affinity for each, and you can give them more than one. 2 times per 3 tickets already 60 aff, also save-load on dialog, to get better results on affinity

For Unique NPC.
For Unique NPC you need +75 relationship and challenge+defeat them in battle to recruit

The +75 is an easy condition. From my experience, I got 75 Negotiation skill so i can raise every NPC to around +55 relationship just by talking 2-3 days. the rest can be with gift or "love potion" blend into food. Each love potion give around +20 to +25. Love potions are randomly sale by witch shop in Mysilia.

The Hard part is defeat Unique NPC in combat. If you are not strong enough then i suggest recruit Mirage B (Non-Unique NPC can be recruit with just +75 score) from Mech town that sold gun.

Also they have different Charisma score requirement at the end which can easily by pass with equipment.

scrolls of incognito will reset aggro with non-hostile npcs,fyi.

The buffs they give aren't only once, but there's some timer on when you can get them again. I have Eureka, Misaki, and Kinu at my base. I got all 3 of the buffs, and I think it took maybe around a year ingame to come back? They have a little speech bubble looking icon next to them when they can give the buff again. I wasn't keeping track but it felt like it was in the ballpark of about a year or so ingame days before it showed up again.
