Can you grab the oven/cooker/anvil and stuff from town using the furniture tickets?

Question is in the title. Thinking of grabbing them but they cost like 40-ish ticket to grab, and that it says not in exchange(?). So I wondering if any have tried grabbing them.

yes, you can grab almost everything from town with tickets ( might cost a lot of them though )
They will respawn after a few days without visiting when the map reset
