Is Childbirth in the game yet?

Since no one answered then romance and childbirth isn't in the game yet. If you're like me who only got the game because of that then I suggest you just uninstall and wait for that day. Gameplay is pretty bleak and boring for me personally when it's a generic JRPG

Yes it is. Though currently for the player character (and other unique characters) you will always birth a chicken. You can cause other NPCs to lay eggs which will hatch into a NPC of their type, including like god followers. It's wonky though, they can hatch at like 40 years old, and it doesn't correctly list things like parents. Other mechanics are in though, like offspring generally being stronger than the parents.

You can always use the resident board to make your offspring chicken PCC and edit them to look like you want. This doesn't really make them effective in combat of course, they still only have the head slot, though perhaps if you were really dedicated to it and used gene modding you could create a vaguely effective offspring.

Ether disease really affected the PCC I see! I was wondering about this. Closest I got was giving an engagement ring to the ally I was interested in, them accepting it since their affinity was so high. Then for good times get them drunk and "watch the birds" with them. Was satisfying enough for me xD They sold the engagement ring later though :(.

Our adventures continue though! Off into the next Nefia!

Pregnancy debuff doesn't exist yet so aliens don't have that ability. Yet.

Will the egg hatch by being in the MC inventory ?

put it in a bed, or an incubator right now all creatures breed via eggs even humanoids will lay eggs, and some times they will be fertile and can be hatched.

It was a hilarious surprise to see that my character produced an egg, though it's a bit disappointing to see it currently only generates a Chicken if hatched, and not even some random other creature. It's a cool prospect to hear it is likely getting full expanded features eventually, as this sort of stuff happening in a complex game like Elin would only make the results even crazier.
