Uncurse spell

I have uncurse spell, but can't target cursed items with it, whether they are in inventory or in the ground. I can uncurse myself or NPCs though. Is it only for removing quipped cursed items?

Yes, if you have a cursed item equipped, it will remove the curse. Hopefully they will add the ability to use it from inventory at some point.

There are 2 levels of "curse."

A basic CURSED item can be cleansed with just a standard scroll or wand of uncurse.

DOOMED items need to have a -> scroll/wand of *uncursed*

The same thing happens with unknown items, there are 2 levels of identify.

For "godly" or very rare named gear where you need to use "identify ARTIFACT" at a mage or *identify* to reveal them atleast until your appraisal skill gets absurdly high.

Tier 2, Level 2 of these things usually cost upwards of 800 orens or more to do.
