how to make a Better Fishing rod?

as fare as i can tell the Hardness Values fore making a "Fishing Rod" seems to be limited to a Maximum of 30 from "Rosewood Branches".

do anyone know of a way to get a better/stronger Fishing Rod ether through different material or Hardness increases or something?

like as an example is there any way to change the material of a item like you ware able to do in "Elona" whit stuff like a "Scroll of Change Material" or something?

there are material change hammers you can find and i believe a shrine that does it too.

though i'm not sure just how much hardness actually matters for the fishing rod. i seem to be getting better catches the more my fishing skill levels just with a rosewood rod.

I dreamed up a new recipe to make a better fishing pole. I could not find out how it was an upgrade though.

material change hammer shrine is found in the world by luck like the other shrines and getting the right type of material is also luck

If you dismantle a modifier box from a disassembled ranged gun, you can get iron logs.

If you dismantle gold sculpted statues, you have a chance to get gold logs. (Any cut stone will have a chance to turn into a log of the material used, so go for some good stones, you can also go for ingots and get adamantite, which is 115 hardness)

Statue of element drops the hammer (big golden statue) the other is a small shrine with a hammer mounted in it you need to have the item with you want to change since you need to do it on the spot simmilar to the shiled type for armor.

well i am not sure yet, will have to try and use it a bit more before i know.

but Tool's in General Works better whit Higher Hardness, like the Difference between a Basalt Sickle and a Steel Sickle, whit around 20 Farming is to sometimes reap +3 Seed's from a Tier 0 crop, wile the Steel Sickle can Reap sometimes up to +6 from a Tier 0 Crop i think.

at list that's what have happened fore me personally.

so maybe it makes it easier to get huge Fish, or some other stuff, maybe Fishing will Take Less time?

anyway More Testing will be Required.
