What happened to changing the altitude of building items?
I used to be able to change the altitude of a furniture when placing it (e.g. how high I can hang a room plate on a wall). Recently I have noticed that I can no longer change the altitude of an item that I have in my hand when trying to place the item.

Scrolling mouse wheel used to be able to change the altitude, now it just cycles through my hotbar items 1~9. Did some update disabled the feature?
