TL;DR:
The game and its LI are pretty, but that's about it. While the story starts with a good set-up, this plot isn't given much attention. Each LI has their story, but it's all in service to deliver porn, there's no real substance to them. In addition, the game has been designed with an anti-consumer mindset. It hardly provides meaningful feedback on early (and important) choices, and almost requires buying the walkthrough to finish all paths and unlock all scenes. This game loves to waste your time, by design. Even if you're just interested in a porn game, and don't require a good story, the game's design makes it difficult for you to get to those.


Adult:
Adult content galore. Sex, drugs, alcohol, and plenty of adult situations.
The Love Interests are varied in personality and looks, and their erotic scenes are (usually) nicely done, with plenty of variation/positions. Most actions fall under the vanilla-umbrella, though, with only one exception (FemDom).


Visual:
It's clear that visuals are the dev's main talent. Environments are pretty, posing is good, and animations don't often clip. The only area that was noticeably lacking, for me, was lighting. Some scenes are too bright, and have a striking absence of shadows, though this was far more noticeable in the early game.


Sound:
M.E.F.F. has music and (some) sound effects. The sound effects are used so sparingly that they might as well not've been used at all. Mid-way through the game I noticed that music volume was tied to the sound-slider, I didn't check if this was a bug with the scene, or the entire game.
Some music tracks have lyrics, which I think detract from the reading & viewing experience.


Novel:
“My Ex-Future Family” deals with Eric, the (renamable) MC, who loses his memories after a car crash. He was kicked out of his parental home, but is allowed to return to recover. He starts perving on his three sisters, mother and pretty much every woman he comes across. Through lies, deceit and manipulation, he ingratiates himself with each of them, while patting himself on the back about how a good guy he is. Later, the game loses this facade entirely, and the size and taste of his ♥♥♥♥ will be the main reason why most women are interested in him.
If you decline/sabotage all relationships, then it becomes quickly apparent that the game has nothing else going on.
The broken English translation doesn't help here either. A wardrobe is called a locker, a bed is a sofa, and a chair is a couch. I could go on. Weirdly, the quality of translation seems higher in the middle 4-5 chapters of the game, with less spelling and grammatical mistakes. Worst of all, sometimes, this game gets its character names wrong (Hermi/Germi).


Gameplay:
Where the visuals are great, and the story is flimsy but serviceable, the gameplay is what ultimately made me not recommend this title.
M.E.F.F. uses several stats: good boy, bad boy, charm, luck, intelligence, in addition to a score for each LI. The MC also has a limited amount of money. Some choices will require high charm, while others require high intelligence. In itself, this isn't bad, plenty of AVN are designed this way. Except, M.E.F.F. keeps the player in the dark. LI won't often signal how they like a response, until some progression gets blocked. A charming reply can get you into an LI's good book, unless your charm stat isn't high enough. Worse, dialog options that don't have the required stat won't show (instead of being greyed out). All of these decisions keep the player entirely in the dark. They need to guess how to progress with each LI, through trial and error.
The freeroam segments are another weak point in this game. They don't add anything, and act as an annoying puzzle/mini-game. Quest-objects will be hidden inside these environments, with the player having to visit the same screen three times to find the object. There even was an instance of the navigation-buttons being on top of each-other ('WC' and 'Stairs' at the party).
What makes me call this design anti-consumer, is that it's clearly designed to waste players' time. Unless you buy the walkthrough, or read the code (which I ended up doing), you'll have to play through the game several times to even get an idea of the stats needed to progress with certain LI. It's no wonder, then, that there is a premium version that includes the walkthrough, a cheat mode, and a gallery.

Not sure why the negative reviews on this one. Tons of story involved, great animations, lots of plot twists and of course intimacy even if some of it is taboo. It was fun! I wasnt going to get this because of the mixed reviews on steam, but i got it and its one of the best VN i have played , i have played about 20+ so far.

The game is playable, there are a lot of possible paths to take depending on what stats one gains. It encourages you to play several times if someone cares to discover all the scenes. The music is also good, matching the atmosphere. The girls are mostly pretty, which strongly motivates you to immerse yourself in the story. The plot itself is okay, nothing extraordinary, but it builds the character of each girl.

The renders themselves are not extraordinary, the flat lighting strips the production of quality, making the game look cheap. There are also problems with the statistics of the main character, some are missing making us have to guess what parameters our character has. There is also a lack of insight into information about our character's relationship with the girls. These problems make it unclear during the game what direction we are going in.
