Yes, currently after she got a job, her red side is (Sales person) the professional personality that fits her new job while the egg white side is her frustration side.

Back when she was unemployed and hanged with Moony (her bff), she was blue and yellow instead.
The blue was her sobby side while the yellow was her positive side.
