ENA and taxi driver interaction randomization

Ive been consistently resetting my save files and i cannot get the blue driver head no matter how many times i try, i only get the bald guy and the skull guy. Also i noticed that enas side talking to the driver and the little dude that comes out of the house differ depending on the player, for me certain lines are said by meanie while for other people they get the salesperson, but much like how i cant get the blue head i cannot get the lines said by the salesperson even though ive resetted the game multiple times. Note that i dont have the supporter edition... yet, do i need to buy supporter for this to happen or do i need to do something else with the save?

The taxi driver heads differ depending on the way you get them .
For the bald one you just have to go in his sleeve, for the skull with piano teeth you have to go in the maze by the hole in the building (where there are purple stains) and for the blue head you must talk to the dude in his house at least 4 times (first to get the job, and the third and fourth time you'll get job updates) and then you go take the head by the hole in the building, not the sleeve.

I'd like to make it clear that I've only understood this from personal experience, having tried it many times in many different ways, If anyone can give it a try and give some feedback, I'd be grateful (What I'm sure of is that what is written in the fandom wiki about savefiles is false).

Oof sorry mate, didnt work, as a side note i tried going repeatedly through his sleeve and it still switched between the two heads i mentioned

As a side note, i never got the same head twice in a row, it always switches between the two. I think this has to do with me not having supporter, i also tried doing it in different ways and it was still the same, even when i was doing normal playthroughs.

I do remember what there are two possible reasons which head you'll get: first is this one where you take different paths (probably unvalid now) and complete random (actually right one). From all of my playthroughs where i talked to him i only once got the demon head in my first playthrough, and literally in every single f***ing one the blue head. I never got Meanie Ena dialogue with house guy npc though, random is so weird sometimes...

i think you get these combos if you have supporter, because ive tried every possible route and interaction order whist having resetted over 10 times, surely i would ve gotten the other options by now, ill buy supporter and see if its different (i wanted to buy supporter either way though this game is peak)
