Window/Peephole

In the cave system where the water falls down, near where a mannequin sits against a wall, where on top you can get the heads of the taxi driver, on the right of that mannequin there is some kind of window or peephole you can look in and see some kind of religious figure with a head the same as the flying cubes on the outside (the ones with the hippo and snake). Last time I saw a little Ena and a hour glass dog in it, the moment I looked away, Ena and the Dog were gone. Anybody knows why that window is there? And if you can use it in any kind of way?
