Jump on normal walk speed for jump #1 #2 #3 and #5
Jump on sprint mode for jump #4 and #6 and might as well the last one (#7)

This is probably gonna be different person to person but I also found it easier lining the jumps up so instead of just jumping straight ahead onto the next raft, I was jumping more horizontally as the rafts were heading my way, using the length of the raft I was on to build up some momentum. It gives you a bit more leeway when you're landing so you don't overshoot the jump as much, which is what I kept doing

^ thanks for sharing! Personally i turn off the setting of "deactivate sprint mode when you stop moving" (i don't remember the exact menu so it may be the other way around), so that jumping or just stop walking doesn't deactivate sprint mode. so before making the sprint-jump, i just toggle the sprint mode

i also prefer to jump looking to the raft when it's close to me, since looking from afar makes the dizzy filter stronger and it's much lessen when it's in front of you. So i jump with all Ena's might with the maximum distance of her walk/run jump speed

I got it with a dirty trick.
When you reach the black realm with the red and blu girls, close the game and copy the save file and save it on your desktop.
Every time you fail, close the game and insert a copy of the old save file on your desktop.

Do this forever until you make it.

The save files are located under.
/Steam/userdata/1407541302(in my case)/2134320/remote/saves/steam/Long Number

Same, i created a lot of save files because i kept falling before finding out the jump pattern

Also! if you're using controller and can't alt-f4 fast enough, bind "alt" and "f4" in Steam input where you don't use the buttons

I don't think i've ever struggled jumps like this in any game.. This disorienting thing got me on a new level of messed up..

First, you'll want to copy a save file of the Core so you can just reload that if you fail. What worked for me was waiting for the double images to line up, as that usually meant the board was nearly in front of me.
