TO BLINK MORE, GO TO THE CORE (outdated method)

Blinking is 60 times more likely at the CORE (the place with the giant porta potty bathroom). Make sure the game is unpaused, and leave the game running. There's a 50% chance of blinking every 6 minutes.

EDIT: As of the 5/5/25 patch, you can now simply approach and look at the dark figure stuck to the side of a building across the river in uncanny streets (the desert area) to blink within seconds.

Not sure if this is actually true, but I've had this game running for almost 7 hrs between 3 playthroughs and AFKing in the Uncanny Valley area for hours to no success. I went to the CORE for literally just a couple minutes after reading this and got it to finally happen! Could be complete coincidence and my RNG time had finally come, but regardless, THANK YOU for releasing me from this prison lmao

Nice, glad to hear it! The reason I know it's 60 times more likely is because I edited the game code to where it would tell me if the blink chance or the blink attempt rate changed. When I went to the core, the chance multiplied by a factor of ten, and the rate became six times faster.

I was wondering about that. It seemed to happen a lot when I was alt+f4ing for the river crossing achievement and I've only gotten once outside of that after multiple other playthroughs
