About the next chapters, people are discussing if they'll be free or paid, but from what is known, on the steam store page of the game, a little bit lower, it says that "subsequent chapters are in development and will be available as a paid release".
So yeah, FOR NOW, or probably for the whole game, next chapters will be paid.

I would buy them too but since I barely get enough money for one in my country I'd have to pirate them mostly.
