Sick Tricks . . .
Not fun . . . Fail and have to run through so much crap just to get to the bridge again. The purge event is a faster route but even that is insanely long, being around 20 mins or longer to get to the bridge. No manual saves. Alt+F4 doesn't work often than you think. I pushed it before I even landed into the river and still spawned me in the next area. I've done it so many times and continue to fail. This achievement would be completely fine if there were manual saves so I didn't have to run through so much just to get to the bridge. It's just not fun. It's annoying and tedious.

I love the game. But this achievement isn't it. It's annoying to restart, run through 20 mins or longer of dialogue, one quest to get to the purge event, doing the purge event then trying to do the jump again - either being successful or failing - repeat. Going to try again later. As of right now, this achievement can screw itself.

Congratulations to those who did get this headache of an achievement.

To make it easier, you can save scum. Get a save that starts off in The Core. Saves are stored in AppData/LocalLow/JoelG/ENA-4-DreamBBQ/saves/steam. Save 0 is slot 1, save 1 is slot 2, and save 2 is slot 3. You can make copies of the save at The Core and replace the other saves with that copy. Note that you cannot replace a save without first resetting it on the main menu. Once the saves are resetted, you can replace a save by taking one of the DAT files and renaming it to the appropriate one. Ex. renaming a copy of save_0.dat to save_1.dat should work as long as the second slot has already been reset.

I've tried. Never works for me. Just throws me into the next area when I load back into the game.

Most helpful answer. This is how I just got it at last. Thank you so much!
