I was on my third playthrough on the "good" path and finally realized you could use the head to cross the bridge and I talked to the vomiter and it made me have to start all over again for the FOURTH TIME IN A ROW. I have loved most of this but that is just cruel.

I don't think it makes a difference whether you fall or make it across

Edit: I was wrong, it matters a lot. You get a whole different ending part (but it doesn’t change the ending itself).

Happened to me also but when i tried to get him to do it again i couldn't interact with him so idk if its chance or a 1 time thing
