Let's get the modding started

This thread is very likely to be full of spoilers and unfinished/cut content, I recommend leaving immediately if you don't want to ruin your gaming experience.

BepInEx and MelonLoader can't handle the game due to missing functions in the libraries, so I put together a working BepInEx build bundled with unstripped libraries.
You can download it here[github.com].

On the same page you can find the instructions and the compatible Cinematic Unity Explorer build which would help you explore the scenes with a freecam and object explorer.

Note: BepInEx is known to conflict with livesplit. Make sure to close the livesplit before running a modded game (you shouldn't speedrun a modded game anyway)

You can also trigger the other door on the first floor, both will get you nowhere and will end in softlock as the corresponding scenes/levers/chapters don't exist yet

i got both of those when i talked to him, he said something about being watched at the seaside and art gallery also which i found weird. Seaside could reference the people in the windows of the maze but idk

The mannequin embeded in a rock behind the corals is called "WoodenDoll_DustClot" in gamefiles

the hub-dead variant (picture of first post) seems extremely interesting
maybe at some point we will be in a "dead" state and we will go back to the hub (maybe the state where ena is broken during trailer ?), and maybe we will go back to the hub from the maze fence (random idea) ?

Yep, it's an interesting one. You can actually spawn in the dead hub without modding the game, just with a little save edit that allows you to continue playing the save after you finish chapter 1. It's very unfinished, but my guess is that at the start of some of the next chapters you'll discover that the hub starts to corrupt just like the world you escaped from, seems like that would be the recurring theme.

this google docs was uploaded to a discussion not to long ago in a language that idk but its all the dialog including some i dont recognize like some nonkey jong lines and phone calls. Its not in any order and has intractables too like the manikin at the very start.

It's in the game, you can find him on top of the ship in a corrupted level at the end of the chapter.

Oh this is coral girl this is prob what will happen when you bring the lantern to her next chapter. Coral doors definitely relate to the lantern but kinda creepy
