Which holes in the cliffs are accessible?

i'm exploring the cliffs you take the taxi to and I think I've found most of what there is to find, but there are a lot of holes in the cliffs that I can't reach because I either can't get high enough or I can't drop down from the correct angle. Near the entrance to the purge event there are two holes that are angled on the cliffs so I assume it's impossible to get to those, but on the highest level of the cliffs there is a marionette draped over an edge with a hole underneath and it seems like it might be possible to drop into there, but in all my attempts I either go too fast and bonk off the top or go too slow and bonk off the bottom. Is there a trick to reaching it?

Also, near the entrance to the purge event I found a corridor full of skulls leading to a room with an NPC in it, but there's a ledge that's too high to jump so I can't get in there. I know there must be a way to reach it, but I can't find out which, so I'd appreciate a hint.

seems like only the one hole marked under the hourglass lead to even more hourglass.
For the holes you described, the hole under the marionette I reached with parkour and it doesn't teleport anywhere, and another I parkoured to also doesn't teleport me anywhere...
The golden door is connected to the skull room from another side a noclipper confirmed it.

What do you mean by marked under the hourglass? I have the supporter edition so hourglasses no longer appear for me. I found one dog in this area, and another one during the purge event. Are there more to find?

I managed to get into that hole with the marionette you mentioned, and it does nothing. You can bump against the back, and it doesn't teleport you anywhere. The jump is possible, but you have to be mercilessly precise with your angle, as well as when you crouch mid-air.

The same thing happens for another hole close to that same marionette, a high-up one towards the taxi.

I plan to keep looking around in that area some more, but my hope is that someone eventually finds an extremely obscure trigger to open those golden doors
