How does blink and you'll miss it work?

its the only achievement im missing at this point and I just wanna know how to get it for the 100%, I understand its random but like, how random? where can it happen? can i get it while standing still? or in spot I've already walked past? is seeded per save file? I love the game but i don't know if I would want to play the game over and over again just to get this achievement I already put 4 hours in and still don't have it.

well... some are really lucky and got it very quickly, some... less (took me 20h)
And i don't have any idea what triggered it

You have to play the game without pause and no look at inventory. To increase the chance to get Blink Achievement, ENA need to walks in the Core or crosses area near The Bathroom

Straight from the actual code, in most areas you have a 0.1% chance to blink that's rolled every 30 seconds, however while you're in the bathroom void area it changes to a 1% chance that's rolled every 5 seconds.
