Well i did it but now i got some head
idk what to do with it
i tried to do that parkour to unlock taxi driver but the entry way was blocked
i knocked many times on doors inside the place we came from since i saw some fancy place

Once you have the board member, you can plant his head inside on certain holes with bones in them. You have to look around on the ground.
