Missing/Frozen Animation, anyone else having this issue?

is anyone else not having their NPC animation during dialogues play out or is it just my old laptop not being optimized enough ? :[ Was excited for this to come out since day 1 of the trailer but very upsetting that I can't even see half of the games' animations and want to know if I'm the only one struggling with this issue... I do have low frame rate but even before I turned that down it was still not playing half of the animations i.e, The frog, the witches, the bathroom genie.
Any input would be greatly appreciated bless you for your business!

im having the same issue :< i also have a really old computer ,turning down the fps did solve the issue for a bit so i thought but i guess the game has too many animations that are meant to be viewed on high end pcs :p it sucks cuz i was also excited to play and stream it to a friend but it just kept glitching and the experience overall wasnt enjoyable
i hope maybe they fix this in a later patch :p

was talking to a friend about it since the game is 10 gb it could be client side only and not an issue with the game itself, 10 fps my beloved.. On a second playthrough some of the animations are playing out now making sure i closed a lot of things running in the background from Task Manager ! Just was curious if I was the only human with an old laptop facing the same issue, glad I'm not crazy xP

you can try launch the game from the exe file with ADMIN permissions, maybe this can help

My game works perfectly, I have 4-6 year old laptop, full storage (not fully but i cant install any other games anymore). I think it could be a bug or whatever
