Add better graphic options?

I'm running on a potato PC w/o a graphic card (integrated graphics). To make the the game run a playable fps, I have to lower the resolution to play, but this makes the text in the task menu unreadable.
Could there be a option to just set the graphics to low (disable shadows, effects etc) or a safe mode?

I don't think the graphics can go any lower. Like. There are no shadows to disable, there is no real-time lighting. All the effects are extremely basic. Most stuff is 2D cards and animations, 3D stuff is very low poly, if you can't run this then you're truly doomed.
