DATAMATRICES and PHONE NUMBERS
I've seen a lot of posts about these so I thought it'd be good to put all the information in one thread.
Throughout the game, you can find datamatrices that, when reversed and scanned, will give you a 7-digit number. These are phone numbers that you can call using your numpad. For some reason the numpad only works for me after I spam 7, 8, and 9 for a few seconds. The numpad does not work in certain areas of the game, but will generally work anywhere you can find a datamatrix.
As far as I know, there have been four datamatrices found so far:
  • CORAL GLASSES - 7746837
When interacting with Coral Glasses for the first time, she will hand you her fax number (a datamatrix). Calling this number will grant you the "Candidate Review" achievement, and in addition, unlocks some new dialogue with the Taski Maiden.
  • FROGGY - 8237653
This datamatrix can be found in two places. Upon completing the "KILL THAT MAN'S STARE" quest, peek under the suitcases to the left of the bridge and you'll see the datamatrix on a file. The second one is actually out of bounds. After crossing the bridge, you can jump over the gap behind the bus stop, and if you follow the edge of the chasm there is a section where the kill wall is thin enough to bypass. Somewhere out there, there is an unused design for Froggy (you can see it in the Support Edition unlockables) holding the datamatrix. Huge thanks to @kohemy for the first location, and to @Jet Uppercut for the second.
  • PHINDOLL - 2543276
This datamatrix can be found in two places, both on separate Phindoll figurines. One is sitting inside the taxi, while the other can be found inside the secret gift shop.
  • THE AUCTIONEER - 6687226
This one can be found atop the structure with biceps in the area that resembles the setting of Auction Day.

If you happen to find anymore, please let me know in this discussion post and I'll update this list accordingly.

I think there's one in the tunnels where you get the taxi driver's head, up in the pendulum room where the waterflows meet, there's a thing that looks like it might have a datamatrice on its screen.

The colorful thing? That's actually an NPC. You can get to it if you know how
Using the number row works fine for me, don't have a number pad on my keyboard.

The call only seems to go through if its a valid number too.
idk what to do with these or how to find these without video. Tho how to do spoiler text? And maybe these codes will be helpful in future for me

I found this one, I'm not sure how to use it though.
Also, I'm 90% sure one flashes for like a single frame when you interact with the incense outside of the ship door for the 1st time, but I haven't been able to screenshot it.

EDIT: The data matrix is 8237653 same as the one at the top of the thread. I don't have a numpad though so I can't call it from there to see what happens.

Yeah, I saw someone's post about this, but I couldn't find it myself. I'll add it to the above section.
Also, I don't see any trees in the background, or... much of anything, really. Where exactly in the out of bounds is this?

to get here, you need to go to the bus stop after the bridge, behind it there is a small gap, and next to it there is a sign with a red arrow on it

the area is at the very right from there (when you have your back at the bus stop), very difficult to reach without flying but the person who discovered it did (i flew there tho ^^), apparently you can also jump on the lowered building to stop the kill zone effect a bit and continue

If you reverse the image of the little white and black squares, then scan it using an app or a website, it will give you a number. It's basically a smaller and less complex QR code.

You'll want to use the spoiler tag, which functions similarly to an HTML tag. For example:
What you type:
ENA: Dream BBQ
What it looks like after posting: ENA: Dream BBQ

This is incredibly useful, thank you so much!!
How are you supposed to convert the datamatrices? No online scanner I try will do it, even when I try inverting the colors (if that's what you meant by reversing it).

don't know the best way to do it but personally i redraw the whole code on paint and use an online scanner and it works x)
In the GIF files that come from buying the supporter edition, there is another Coral phone call gif. Is there another Coral phone call that hasn't been found yet? It seems unlikely that it's just unused. All the other call GIFs in the file are found in game.
I've learned the dark art of hacking since my first post in the game's discussion board, and I finally found a way to display the "phonebook" of numbers that the game is comparing to the player's number inputs. There's a possibility that the list is incomplete since it seems not all the code displays correctly after decompiling it. But after a few hours of learning and testing, here are my results:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3455909584
It's possible that the only number remaining is 123. I tried hard-coding a call to it with no luck (the same method auto-dialed phindol just fine), so that number may just be for debugging or something.
i saw one under the left pile of briefcases at the bridge, but i could decode what the code was. could anyone decode it for me? thanks.
